To speed up the processing of your loan application, we have supplied a loan application with all forms for you to download and print.  You will need a browser that is compatible with PDF files.  If you do not have this, please click on the Adobe Acrobat Reader icon below and download the program.

Once you have completed the loan application and signed all the forms, please fax back to us at 818-920-4750.  If you are applying for a full documentation loan, please also fax two current paystubs, 2 years W-2's and 3 months bank statements.  If you are self employed please also send 2 years Federal tax returns.
