          Maximum income per year: $86,380.00

          Eligible properties: SFR, Condo's and PUD's

          Interest only allowed on 30 year fixed rate program only

          A minimum of 2, but preferably 3 credit scores are required for each borrower.

          Full documentation is required on income and assets.

          The only money that is needed is your closing costs for the loan.
