      Foreclosure Bailout Loans

      • No Seasoning on Title or Value
      • Low fico scores, sub 500 Scores OK
      • Gift Equity to Anyone
      • Only pay Charge-offs, Collections & Judgements if they effect title
      • Interest Only - Stated / Stated on all loans. No VOE or CPA letter
      • Owner Occupied / Non-Owner / Unlimited Cash Out to $2,000,000.00
      • 1-4 Units
      • Property must be average for area 
      • No income verification
      • Minimal Documentation
